Lead - Operations and Service/Senior Lead - Operations and Service

Job Purpose
The purpose of the role is to oversee and enhance co-lending partnerships across a designated geographic area, ensuring efficient collaboration and risk management between financial institutions which helps in the growth of the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Major Activities carried out by the role

1. Would be responsible for ensuring complete documentation and KYC is done for new business “Co-lending and Direct Assignment Pool of Business”.
2. Would be responsible in monitoring due diligence (compliance check) performed on behalf of Branch Ops provided by partner financial firm.
3. Managing the resource allocation/queries management for getting the due diligence activity completed within TAT.
4. Will connect and verify with risk and other stakeholders for risk analysis.
5. Drive adherence to various process and policies defined by central teams at location level.
6. Adherence to procedures and guidelines. Ensure tight controls on processes and policies.
7. Reviewing data, MIS and record of due diligence done with partners.
8. Implement robust delivery model. Identify process gaps and ensure implantation of process controls with adequate controls on cost.
9. Closely interact and work with all stakeholders

Approval for publishing the MIS data
Effective models that needs to be practiced which will be helpful for growth
Major Challenges
Constant oversight to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Close interaction and collaboration with all stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Experience
a) Qualifications

Any Graduate
b) Work Experience
Should have 10-12 years’ experience in banking operations

c) Skills Keywords
Should have knowledge of KYC, Secured and Unsecured loan process.
Should be graduate preferably.
Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.
Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.
Self-motivated and a self-starter.
