Legal Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Draft and review agreements: sale deeds, lease agreements, development contracts, MOUs.

2. Conduct property due diligence, title verification, and compliance checks.

3. Ensure adherence to RERA, registration, municipal and land-related laws.

4. Coordinate with external legal counsel on disputes/litigation.

5. Provide legal advice on project feasibility, land acquisition, and risk mitigation.

6. Liaise with government authorities and internal teams.

Requirements:

1. LL.B/LL.M with 15 + years of real estate legal experience.

2. Strong knowledge of property laws, drafting, and due diligence.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Experience in builder/developer firms preferred.

Work Location: Office-based with occasional site/government visits.
