We are seeking a reliable and efficient Quick Commerce Picker to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely customer order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Accurately and efficiently locate and pick items from shelves and storage areas according to customer orders using handheld scanners or mobile devices.
• Quality Assurance: Verify product codes, quantities, and check items for damage or defects before packing to ensure order accuracy and completeness.
• Packing and Staging: Securely pack picked items using appropriate materials (e.g., thermal bags for perishables), label packages correctly, and move completed orders to the designated staging or shipping area for delivery riders.
• Inventory Management: Assist with basic inventory tasks, including restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies or expired products to the shift supervisor.
• Safety and Organization: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene policies (especially when handling food items), and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and contribute to overall operational efficiency. 

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or e-commerce fulfillment environment is preferred, but many entry-level positions offer on-the-job training.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with handheld scanning devices, mobile apps, or warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Physical Demands:
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move packages, typically up to 10-15 kg.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity for picking and packing tasks.
