Job Description

- Collect information regarding receipt of damaged parts.

- External visual inspection for identifying the damages on packaging with photos and communication to respective Logistics teams.

- Create initial claim to Bosch Insurance and send details to C/FII-IN with all documents

-Information to Stakeholders on reciept and Blocking

- Monetory claim letter or notification of liability to transporter Co-ordinate for Insurance survey Claim review and insurance closure"

- Supervise and ensure over-checking/sorting of parts in damaged consignment with support of 3rd party based on sorting checklist provided by customers

- Prepare over-checking/sorting report and inform stakeholders

- Quarantine of NOK parts and/or unblocking of OK parts in the system based on feedback from stakeholders"

- Co-ordinate with BSW for repacking / re-strapping / re-tape of consignments after over-checking. Inform GB/LOG for next steps (customer approval and dispatch)

- Analysis of loss and get final QC report from Quality Deparment

- Make SDR calculation and finaloize with Insurance and Transproter

- Co-ordination with transportation team for LRC, PDS & Root cause analysis and debit to LSP of SDR amount & total loss if any

- Co-ordination with Business Unit team for Scrap/Write off after debit / insurance claim


Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Additional Information

-> 1-2 years of experience in warehousing or Quality Managementbasic Know-how required on-> Warehousing and International Transportation Process-> Quality Management and Quality Tools-> Problem Solving Skills-> Basic Knowledge on packaging testing and evaluation
