• Key Responsibilities1. 📈 Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion (50%)Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage a compelling content strategy for all major social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram and Facebook.

• Activities include: High-quality photo/video creation, writing engaging captions, running polls/stories, and timely interaction with followers.
• Performance Marketing: Suggest, plan, and execute paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook/Instagram Ads) to drive foot traffic, online orders, and brand awareness, tracking key metrics.
• Content Creation: Generate original and creative ideas for product promotion, seasonal specials, and brand storytelling.
• Brand Promotion Strategy: Proactively research and propose innovative ways to promote the brand, including partnerships with local businesses/influencers, hosting in-store events, and developing customer loyalty programs.
• Online Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to customer reviews (Google, Yelp, etc.) and direct messages in a professional and brand-consistent manner.
• 2. 👩‍🍳 Operations & Team Leadership (30%)Daily Management: Oversee all parlor operations, including inventory management, ordering, scheduling, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash reconciliation, monitor sales performance, and control labor/food costs to maximize profitability.
• Staff Development: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of smoothie artists, fostering a positive, productive, and customer-focused work environment.
• 3. 🤝 Customer Experience & Service (20%)Hands-on Service: Regularly work shifts behind the counter, efficiently preparing and serving high-quality smoothies, juices, and snacks.
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the face of the business, actively engaging customers in meaningful conversations to create a welcoming atmosphere and build lasting relationships.
• Upselling/Suggestion: Master the menu and confidently make personalized suggestions to customers, promoting new items, seasonal flavors, and complementary products.
• Issue Resolution: Handle all customer feedback and complaints with professionalism, speed, and genuine care.
