Job Description
Role Summary
Drive B2B and corporate sales in Motor Insurance across fleet, commercial, and retail portfolios, building strategic partnerships and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate B2B motor insurance business (corporate, fleet, dealers, DSAs).
* Manage partnerships with brokers, dealerships, fleet operators, and corporates.
* Lead sales cycle: prospecting → quotation → closure → servicing.
* Coordinate with insurers for pricing, issuance, renewals, and claims.
* Drive portfolio growth and cross-sell opportunities.
* Ensure IRDAI compliance and accurate MIS/CRM reporting.
