Operation Executive

-Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify manufacturers, suppliers, and exporters across India.
• Communicate with suppliers through email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
• Prepare and maintain supplier databases and sourcing reports.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, samples, production updates, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and client reports.
• Update CRM, Excel sheets, and internal records regularly.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, inspection agencies, and export service providers when required.
• Support management in day-to-day sourcing and international trade activities.
• Conduct online market research and competitor analysis.
• Assist in maintaining company documentation and operational processes.

-Required Qualifications

• B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA (Fresher), International Business, or related field.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of business communication and computer operations.

-Required Skills

• Good written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Email communication.
• Strong internet research skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
