• ENTC Diploma or engineer, B.E Mechanical oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule of corrugated machine • Ensure jobs are assigned and executed properly • Determining quality control standards • Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed • Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of Machine • Ensure all safety rules and PPE's are followed as per guidelines • Supervising the work of Operators and Juniors • Draft a timescale for the job • Monitor product standards and implement quality control programmes • Monitor manpower cost and ensure it is with pre-defined limits • Manage all activities within the production process, including maintenance and the workforce. • Coordinate with maintenance department to finalize PM plan of machines • To ensure all the activities related to the EHS & 5’s. • Implement the requirements of QMS, ISO 14001, OHSAS & FSC activities. (R) • Candidate must have few years of experience in running a high end fully automatic European corrugation line. • Advance understanding of packaging production process and procedures • He/ She must be creative, proactive, and detail-oriented and has the ability to work independently on production floor and as a team leader • Good understanding of electronics, computers/servo drive that is required to run high speed fully automatic European corrugated.
