Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the entire office, including pantry, washrooms, and workstations.
* Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
* Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document organization.
* Handle courier dispatch, mail deliveries, and document collections.
* Perform outdoor office errands such as depositing cheques, collecting documents, and purchasing office materials.
* Ensure proper maintenance and availability of office and pantry supplies.
* Assist in preparing meeting rooms, serving guests, and supporting office events.
* Provide support to HR and admin teams in day-to-day office operations.
* Perform any other tasks assigned by management as required.
* Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
