Project Manager

Position: Project Manager – Construction

Experience: 16+ Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Master’s in construction / project management or PMP certification preferred.

Industry: Real Estate & Commercial Projects

Key Responsibilities: Oversee full project lifecycle for Residential & Commercial construction.

·       Manage teams executing MIVAN, Shuttering, Conventional & RCC works.

·       Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and quality standards.

·       Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients & contractors.

·       Monitor progress, budgets, and resource utilization; submit regular reports.

Skills Required: ·       Strong leadership & planning skills

·       In-depth knowledge of MIVAN & RCC construction

·       Excellent communication & coordination abilities

·       Proficiency in MS Office / Project Management tools
