Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The role is responsible for handling, purchase of electrical panel components,accounts, GST compliance and store/inventory management for manufacturing of PCC, MCC, APFC, HT & LT panels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Purchase & Vendor Management
Purchase electrical components like MCB, MCCB, ACB, contactors, relays, busbars, cables, etc.
Prepare Purchase Orders and coordinate with vendors
Negotiate price, quality, and delivery terms
Develop and manage vendors for panel manufacturing
2. Accounts & Compliance
Maintain books of accounts in Zoho Books / Tally
Handle billing, vendor payments, and bank reconciliation
Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
Support MIS reports and audit requirements
3. Store & Inventory Management
Manage material inward, outward, and GRN
Maintain stock records in ERP / Zoho / Tally
Ensure proper storage and inventory control
Conduct stock verification and reconciliation
4. Material Planning
Coordinate with production team for BOM-based requirements
Ensure timely purchase to avoid production delays
Monitor stock levels and reorder requirements
*REQUIRED EXPERIENCE*
2–4 years of experience in electrical panel manufacturing industry
Experience in PCC, MCC, APFC, HT & LT panel manufacturing preferred
Hands-on experience in purchase, store, or accounts functions
Knowledge of electrical components and BOM-based purchase
PREFERRED INDUSTRY
