Seeking an analytical, curious and web savvy analyst to join the Marketing Intelligence team. This analyst will have a desire to track key website actions that will lead to insights, while providing marketing solutions for clients that drive business growth. Maharashtra Roles & Responsibilities • Ensures all new features released to campaign targeted to bring more opens Analytics and data is flowing into the analytics platform as expected • Identifies optimization opportunities for site testing as needed to drive the business including customer and business value • Collaborates cross functionally with various teams (operations, account, strategy and project management) by ensuring the measurement of marketing programs are considered and business requirements are discussed. • Monitors data to ensure integrity of data is intact and data discrepancies are accounted for and resolved quickly and communicated to the larger team. • Coordinates technical tracking placements and updates with client data partners to ensure data integrity and efficiencies are in place • Collaborates with Marketing Operations to plan data logistics, ensuring efficient project execution while providing a continuous feedback loop and maintaining data integrity • Supports collaboration of all team disciplines to accurately gather and use information for project analyses • Additional duties may be assigned. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree plus one year or more of experience in analytical/planning functions within the direct marketing field • Analysis Workspace and Reporting & Analytics experience required • Proficiency competencies in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel. • Ability to prioritize time well and juggle multiple projects effectively • Ability to communicate coherently and sensitively with clients, vendors and staff members • Attention to detail, able to multi-task, troubleshoot and problem solve • Excellent writing, verbal, presentation and consensus-building skills • Intuitive and analytical approach to problem solving • Ability to organize people, projects and information • Ability to offer proactive solutions and ensure successful progression without guidance • Communicates across departments in a team and matrix environment • Ability to exhibit client service approach with results-driven performance
