Assures Consistent Quality Of Production By Developing And Enforcing Good Automated Manufacturing Practice And Systems, Validate Processes, Provide Documentation And Manage Staff. 2. Ensure All Materials Meet Or Exceed The Contract Specifications 3. Coordinate And Schedule Field Testing And Performance QA/QC Inspections. 4. Achieves Quality Assurance Operational Objectives By Contributing Information And Analysis To Strategic Plans And Reviews, Prepare And Complete Action Plans, Implement Production, Productivity, Quality, And Customer-Service Standards, Identify And Resolve Problems, Complete Audits, Determine System Improvements, Implement Change Etc. 7. Meets Quality Assurance Financial Objectives By Estimating Requirements, Prepare An Annual Budget, Schedule Expenditures, Analyze Variances, Initiate Corrective Actions. 8. Develops Quality Assurance Plans By Conducting Hazard Analyses, Identify Critical Control Points And Preventive Measures, Establish Critical Limits, Monitor Procedures, Corrective Actions Verify Procedures And Monitor Inventories. 9. Validates Quality Processes By Establishing Product Specifications And Quality Attributes, Measuring Production, Document Evidence, Determine Operational And Performance Qualification, Write And Update Quality Assurance Procedures. 10. Maintains And Improves Product Quality By Completing Product, Company, System, Compliance, And Surveillance Audits, Investigate Customer Complaints, Collaborate With Other Members Of Management To Develop New Product And Engineering Designs, And Manufacturing And Training Methods Etc. 11. Prepares Quality Documentation And Reports By Collecting, Analyzing And Summarizing Information And Trends Including Failed Processes, Stability Studies, Recalls, Corrective Actions, And Re-Validations. 12. Updates Job Knowledge By Studying Trends In And Developments In Quality Management, Participate In Educational Seminars, Read Professional Publications, Maintain Personal Networks Etc. 13.
