Job Description

1) Handling measuring instruments like Vernier, micrometer, dial gauges, height gauges etc.

2) Knowledge of GD & T is required.

3) Must be able to read the mechanical drawings for parts under inspection.

4) Knowledge of 5S, ISO documentation, PPAP, APQP, MSA, will be added advantage, but not mandatory.

5) Knowledge about 7 QC tools, RCA and 8D and why- why analysis will be given preference.

6) A person who done inspection of machined components, press parts, welded parts, and plastic and rubber moulded parts will be given preference.
