Position: Real Estate Agent

Location: Pune

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Agent to help clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage property leads.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and property owners.
• Maintain relationships with builders, developers, and property owners.
• Keep records of leads, visits, and transactions.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the Pune real estate market.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
