Location: Pune Maharastra

Salary : 20 k to 40 k per month

Incentives : Average Incentive on this profile is 75 k to 1 Lac plus.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, conducting site visits, and ultimately closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for real estate.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):

1. Lead Generation:

  Utilize various channels such as Calling, networking events, referrals, and cold outreach to generate leads.

2. Lead Nurturing:

  Build relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up

3. Follow-Up:

  Maintain a CRM system to track leads, interactions, and progress through the sales pipeline.

4. Site Visits:

  Arrange and conduct site visits for interested clients to showcase properties and amenities.

5. Closures:

  Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor’s degree is required. 

* Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate industry will be a plus.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite will be a plus

* Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends is a plus.
