Client Handling

• Explain project features, amenities, layout plans, pricing, and payment schedules.
• Identify potential buyers through calls, site visits, references, and online inquiries.
• Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients.

Sales & Booking Process

• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Handle booking forms, token amounts, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-up and receipts.

. Documentation & Coordination

• Assist clients with documentation: agreement drafting, registration coordination, loan process guidance, etc.
• Coordinate with the legal team, bank executives, and internal departments.

Market Research

• Keep updated on competitor projects, pricing, and market trends.
• Suggest strategies to improve sales performance.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely support until possession.

Reporting

• Maintain daily sales reports, inquiry status, follow-up sheets, and update management regularly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance summaries.

Experience Required: 2-3 Years minimum
