Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy sales professional responsible for converting site visits into bookings and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and site visits
• Conduct project presentations and property tours
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets
• Coordinate with CRM, finance, and legal teams during closure
• Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up data
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate direct/site sales
• Strong closing and negotiation abilities
