Company Name:- Arthayan Bizfinmart Private Limited Working time - 9 am to 6 pm Job Role:- Front Desk Receptionist Educational qualification:- Minumum Graduate with any stream Fixed Salary:- 10k - 10k Male Or Female Or Both:- Only female Job Description:- Responsibilities for Receptionist • Greeting clients • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner • Welcome visitors and clients in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including any kind of machine, and a computer. • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor & client requests and of calls received • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed • Maintain the general office filing system • Admin work Qualifications for Receptionist • Minimum graduate • 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office environment • Presentable • Good communication • Punctual with strong attendance history Interview Address - Same as Job address Interview Date and Time - Monday to Saturday ( 11:00 am - 4:00 pm ) Name of the POC at Interview :- Sanyukta Deshmukh
