Job Description

NOHEA Salon is looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage appointments, greet guests, handle billing, and ensure a seamless salon experience. Strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for hospitality are essential. Prior experience in a salon, spa, or customer service role will be an added advantage.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, salon, spa, or retail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards.
  • Basic computer knowledge and billing software proficiency.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in salon or wellness industry.
  • Ability to handle high client volumes efficiently.
  • Sales and customer relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of salon services and beauty industry trends.
