Talentedge is one of the first Ed-tech organizations to be credited with an ISO: 9001-2008 certification.  Website: www.talentedge.com The role will include the following responsibilities: -This will include the end to end recruitment. .  -Search and source candidates from different job portals like naukri, shine, linkedin and different social media websites.   -Scheduling and coordinating the interviews in the organization.  -Follow-up with the candidates for their documents and joining. -Responsible to maintain candidate and interview data along with interview feedback.  -Ensure timely closure of assigned manpower requirements. -Draft and send letter of intent and offer letters to the candidates upon selection.  -Coordinate with training team to ensure the availability of all the required resources.  Skills Required:  -MBA/PGDM with specialization in Human resource management.  -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  -A go getter, with a zeal to learn and bring new ways to get the work done.  -Flexible to work under aggressive deadlines.  -Immediate joiners will be preferred.
