Sales Executive (Female)

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to join SaajShree Women’s Shopee. The role involves assisting customers, explaining products, maintaining store displays, and helping in daily shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all walk-in customers with a warm and helpful attitude
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (sarees, kurtis, inners, nightwear)
• Explain fabric, fall, drape, and pricing clearly
• Help customers with trials, matching accessories, and styling suggestions
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle billing, cash/card/UPI transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and product display (folding, rack arrangement, stock rotation)
• Track inventory, manage low-stock alerts, and assist during new stock arrival
• Pack customer orders neatly and carefully
• Support online order inquiries (WhatsApp / Instagram) when required
• Handle customer exchanges as per store policy
• Maintain a positive and professional store environment
