WE are working as BIM and Green building consultants for Clients like Godrej Properties, L&T, Architect Hafeez Contractor etc and International clients. Projects of huge residential towers, Airports, International Schools etc B.ARCH, Architect, with 4-5 years of experience in implementing BIM (Autodesk Revit) on projects in India, US, Europe. He should be able to lead projects, handle clients, Actual working on Modelling/drawings on Revit and manage a team of 3-5 Revit Modellers. Good written and oral communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi (not mandatory). Projects: Residential towers, commercial, educational projects,Industrial Softwares: Revit, BIM 360 ,Nawisworks, AutoCAD,3DX max, sketch up, Civil 3D(preferred), Lumion etc. MSOffice BIM Experience: Understanding/creation of BIM Execution plan, LOD 200 to 400, Excellent command of Construction documentation from Revit. location: Pune, Immediate joining preferred.
