Developing HSE management system including HSE plan in line with client requirement. · Maintain daily, weekly & monthly safety reports and send to Project Manager& Head Office. · Taking daily physical attendance on each contractor labours. · Safety inductions for new labours with valid Government ID & Address Proof. · Implementation of safety rules and regulation. · Conduct internal safety trainings, toolbox, taking, conducting internal HSE audits, conduct the emergency mock drills and maintain the necessary safety related reports and record, Ensure the site security system& PTW system etc. · Providing fire and safety training and safety induction to all management and contract persons & issue the Gate Pass. · Monitoring all process areas during maintenance work. · Monitoring PPF’s & arranging for labours at site. · Celebrating National Safety Week, Fire service week and world environment day with various safety promotional activities. And award distribution for winners as well as participants. · Effective communication skills and problem solving. · Safety Documentation and preparing, updating checklist, safety records, First aid Etc. · Follow the work permit system at site like General work permit, hot work permit and other work permits. · Maintain First aid room, and should have all first aid equipments in · Site checklist should be followed strictly like DG machine, Constructions Vehicles, RMC Plant and others. · Ensure & maintain first aid box fully equipped with basic medicines at all the time.
