We are seeking motivated and talented Sales and Marketing Representatives to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and target potential clients and markets for our telecommunications, embedded systems, and prefabricated wooden homes products.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular client visits and presentations to showcase our products and services.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.

Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to ensure targets are met.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or digital marketing, preferably in the telecom and security, embedded systems, or construction industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (for On-field Sales and Marketing Representatives).
  • Own vehicle required.
