Job Summary: As a Sales Consultant at our Mahindra dealership, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and expertise in Mahindra vehicles and related products. Your primary goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive buying experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: 1] Customer Engagement: ·        Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. ·        Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable Mahindra vehicles. ·        Provide information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. ·        Conduct test drives and explain vehicle capabilities to potential buyers. 2] Sales and Revenue Generation: ·        Effectively present and promote Mahindra vehicles and related products. ·        Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with customers. ·        Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. ·        Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, accessories, and financing options. 3] Product Knowledge: ·        Stay up-to-date with Mahindra's product lineup, features, and specifications. ·        Attend training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. 4] Follow-up and Customer Satisfaction: ·        Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to address any questions or concerns. ·        Request and encourage customer feedback to improve the buying experience. ·        Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner. 5] Market Research and Competition Analysis: ·        Keep abreast of market trends and competitive offerings. ·        Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market insights. Qualifications and Requirements: ·        Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry. ·        Excellent interpersonal skills. ·        Strong product knowledge and ability to explain technical details to customers. ·        Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed. ·        Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for sales.
