Sales Executive

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass.​
• English proficiency: Basic English.​
• Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.​
• Additional RequirementsAge: 20 to 35 years.​
• Preferred location: Candidates within Swargate or the surrounding region (Within 10-25 km)
• Industry skills and knowledge relevant to real estate sales are preferred.​

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (through cold calling, field visits, and digital outreach).
• Conduct site visits and property tours with clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Assist clients throughout the property purchase process, including negotiations and documentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM tools regularly.
