Sales Executive

FirePhoenixDev Pvt. Ltd. is an IT and Digital Marketing company. We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our services such as CRM Software, Website Development, and Digital Marketing to small and medium businesses through on-field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit potential clients (SMEs, schools, hospitals, hotels, garages, etc.) and present company products and services.
2. 
   
3. Generate leads and maintain records in the CRM system.
4. Collect client requirements and prepare quotations.
5. Achieve monthly sales targets.
6. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
7. Share market feedback and competitor insights with the company.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹2,300 per closed lead
• Performance Bonus: ₹5,000 bonus after closing 18 leads
• Target monthly min 5 -9 leads closing
