Subject: Hiring – CASA Sales Executive (Freshers | Female Candidates Only)

We are currently hiring female fresh graduates for the position of CASA Sales Executive in the banking sector.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

• Only Female Candidates

• Age between 21–28 years

• Freshers eligible to apply

• Two-wheeler preferred (support provided by bank)

Special Benefit for Female Employees:

• Bank will provide an Electric Vehicle (EV) on loan basis to support field travel

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of new Current and Savings Account customers

• Daily field visits and client interaction

• Compliance adherence and reporting

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹2.16 Lakhs Per Annum (₹18,000 per month)

• In-hand Salary: ₹1.80 Lakhs Per Annum (₹15,000 per month)

• Performance-based incentives up to ₹60,000 per month
