Job Description

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective homebuyers and investors.
  • Present and explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and features to clients.
  • Conduct site visits with potential buyers and address their queries.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, client details, and follow-up reports regularly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for sales campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
  • Assist customers with documentation, booking processes, agreements, and payment coordination.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
