About the RoleSynergy Bonding Solutions is seeking an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth across both B2B and B2C segments. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, managing dealer and distributor networks, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in industrial products, adhesives, chemicals, construction materials, furniture hardware, plywood, laminates, or related industries.
- Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities in B2B and B2C markets.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Develop relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, carpenters, furniture manufacturers, interior designers, and end customers.
- Expand market presence and increase product penetration in assigned territories.
- Sales & Customer ManagementMeet prospective customers and conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and sales leads.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Dealer & Channel DevelopmentAppoint and support dealers/distributors where required.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen channel partnerships.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Reporting & CoordinationMaintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and opportunities.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, dispatches, and customer support.
- Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently generate and convert leads.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM systems.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

Salary & Benefits₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance
