Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our primary sales division at our Kharadi, Pune office. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth, manage high-value property transactions, and build strong client relationships in the competitive Pune real estate market.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership & Strategy

  1. Lead and execute sales strategies for primary residential real estate projects in Kharadi and surrounding areas
  2. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for premium 3 BHK and 4 BHK properties
  3. Develop and implement sales plans to maximize revenue from new project launches
  4. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities in the Pune real estate sector
  5. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain competitive advantage

Team Management

  1. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  2. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
  3. Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance metrics
  4. Foster a positive, motivated, and result-oriented team culture
  5. Develop team capabilities through continuous training and skill development programs

Client Relationship Management

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers
  2. Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings
  3. Provide expert guidance on property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment potential
  4. Handle negotiations and close high-value property deals
  5. Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
  6. Maintain long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business

Business Development

  1. Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  2. Collaborate with developers and builders to secure exclusive project mandates
  3. Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities
  4. Develop strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and channel partners

Operations & Reporting

  1. Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and forecasts in CRM systems
  2. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management
  3. Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth transaction closures
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and industry standards
  5. Manage documentation, agreements, and post-sales coordination


Required Qualifications:

Education

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  2. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred

Experience

  1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  2. Proven track record in primary residential real estate sales in Pune market
  3. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing teams
  4. Experience with premium and luxury property segments preferred

Skills & Competencies

  1. Strong leadership and team management abilities
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  3. Deep understanding of Pune real estate market, especially Kharadi and East Pune regions
  4. Proficiency in sales CRM software and MS Office Suite
  5. Strategic thinking with strong business acumen
  6. Results-oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  7. Strong analytical skills for market analysis and sales forecasting
  8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Pune
