Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (networking, cold calling, online research, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Client Acquisition:

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their digital marketing goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Market Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
  • Monitor competitors and identify new market opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client needs and market insights.
  • Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends for management review.


  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in digital marketing or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
