You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of projects, while adhering to project timelines and quality standards. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide effective security solutions and drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. - Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide effective security solutions. - Drive project success through effective leadership and coordination. - Provide guidance and support to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Splunk. - Strong understanding of security principles and best practices. - Experience in implementing and managing security solutions. - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Technology or similar streams as fulltime education is required.
