1. He will responsible for all sites issues under his CONTROL. 2. He Should know all sites client’s requirement. 3. He Should know all sites working procedure & all post work. 4. He should give replacement for any absentee within 2 Hours from starting of Shift time. 5. He will meet each & every client at least once in every 04 days. 6. He will give proper attendance to office in stipulated time. 7. He will submit his expense sheet and uniform issue sheet with proper signature immediately. 8. He will supervise all sites under his control by day and every shift. 9. He will responsible for searching & appointments of new guards/supervisors under his area. 10. He will assure that no past will be vacant in each site. 11. He is responsible to give details report to Operation Head. 12. He will do plan daily for next day work with the help of OH. 13. He is responsible for fill up bio-data of each & every new appointment and submit to office the same. 14. He will assure that each & every Guards/ Supervisors is working as per procedure laid down by clients & our company. 15. He should visit daily in each site & co-ordinate with client & Guards/Supervisors. 16. He will give instruction regarding duties of security & that post where he will perform his duty to all new guards before engaging duty. 17. He will check turnout strictly (No compromise in turnout) of all guard’s day to day. 18. He will distribute salary & advance to his Guards/Supervisors. 19. He will submit attendance to office, by 1st of every month for billing purpose. All attendance should be verified by concern officer of clients". 20. He will maintain proper record of uniform issued by him & submit to office the same. 21. Submission of bills, collection of cheque, follows up for cheques. 22. Mobile phone should be on 24 Hrs.
