RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate with in-bound Leads over call to understand their real estate needs and maintain a record of the calls in CRM and Excel Explain the relevant real estate projects and it's information to drive potential customers for visiting the project site. Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet individual buyers' requirements and needs Study the market on regular basis to be able to provide size, pricing details of the apartments in various projects Handle customer queries related Legal, Technical and Financing of buying real estate flats and homes. Obtain customer information including names, phone number, email id, current residence addresses, and work locations Record customer details including reaction to the project and apartment in a CRM system. Coordinate and schedule customer visits with the site sales team on project sites. Conduct customer and marketing surveys Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
