Senior-level IT support technician [Onsite resident engineer] With a very good knowledge of O365, AD, DHCP, DNS, Antivirus, WSUS [Patch management] • Excellent in Desktop / Laptop support role– level 3 knowledge • Excellent knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10 OS • Excellent knowledge Ms outlook, MS Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive support • Should have good understanding and knowledge of AD, DNS, O365, AV, DHCP, WSUS [Patch management], DLP and Proxy, application support and troubleshooting • Ready to learn new technologies. • Ready to work in US shifts • Asset inventory management • Comfortable supporting to end users over the phone and remote control for US/Europe customers remotely • Comfortable with working on ticketing tool like Service now, SCP, Sapphire etc. • Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues • Work directly with customer to fully understand expectations for projects, deliver results and maintain a clear line of communication • As needed - Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-point devices • Escalate and work within defined process to provide timely customer support and escalate appropriately to departments • Excellent in email communication • Excellent communication skills - Both verbal and Written • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude, Good listener • Develop and maintain documentation and communications related to ‘best practices’ for customer/partner audience. • Ensure security through access controls, well versed with security compliance related tasks. • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot via remote access tools. • Experience with virtual desktop is a significant plus- Citrix
