Job Description
Responsibilities: -Assign the calls to Service Engineer and follow up till call closer -Ensure Customer Complaints & queries are met urgently, Resolve Complaints -Analysing service calls -Monitoring call closer ratio -Coordination with customer & internal team -Preparation of Quotations of services, Equipment, AMC & Spares -Data consolidation of Spare & Service Charges -Ensure achievement of installation, PM & breakdown calls as per plan -Track daily service activity & update reports in SAP -Ensure all customers are catered for in a timely manner -Have to handle AMC claims related work -Coordinate with Vertiv team for claims related work -You will have to shoulder additional responsibilities given to you by management as and when needed by the Company Should have completed BE/BTech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics and experience in SAP (preferred). Should be available for face to face interview at our Pune office and comfortable to work from office in Pune.
