PROFILE BRIEF: Any (Graduate or Post Graduate) with 10+ years of work experience in Automobile Sales with minimum 2+ years of work experience in similar (General Manager / Sales Manager / Showroom Manager) position managing more than 75+ showroom staff employees may apply for the position. JOB PROFILE • Manage everyday activity of the sales staff by keeping a check on the daily bookings using the daily work plan to ensure proper enquiry generations are done so as to meet the sales volume and productivity goals. • Ensure vehicle sales goals are attained by holding Sales representatives accountable to Maruti Suzuki sales process and customer experience. • Ensure sales people are engaged directly with the customer. When there isn’t enough sales coverage, engages directly with customer themselves. • Keep a check on the Walk-In conversions to ensure that executives provide proper knowledge of vehicle description, pricing and finance so that customer buying experience is progressing as expected. • Ensure all customers are handled in a professionally and friendly manner by the sales executives. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. SKILLS REQUIRED • Excellent English (spoken and written) communication skills • Age: Upto 37 years • Experience in automobile sales (MUST) • Number Crunching skills, Excellent MS (Excel Sheet) working knowledge • Hardworking, self-motivated individual (go-getter attitude) a real team player • Proven track record delivering on target and meeting objectives.
