Job Description:Social Media Executive is responsible for designing and planning social media strategy for training agency, create, post the relevant and latest contents on social media  from all marketing and sales activities like events, daily activities like webinars ,student feedback etc. Increase the reach of the agency on social media handles and increase the the engagement of the existing candidates and the prospects.

Minimum Education: Diploma / Graduation from any stream with a certificate in Social media marketing course  from a reputed institute

Work Experience : At least 1 year

Annual CTC : Maximum Fixed Salary of  Rs 3.27 Lac Per annum with maximum average monthly salary of Rs 27271 + Incentives as per policy provided the candidate fulfils the key skills

Must have Competencies:

●       Should have experience of 1 year  in producing engaging textual and graphical content for various digital media platforms like Meta , Instagram , linked in, what’s app etc.

●       Proven work experience as Social Media Executive for at least one year

●       Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop

●       Ability to develop content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media posts and the company website.

●       Ability to conduct keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.

●       Ability to identify customers’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content.

●       Effective communication skills

●       Experience of working closely with Senior Management to present the final product that matches his or her vision

●       Responsible for editing and producing engaging content for various digital media platforms

●       Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.

●       Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.

●       Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications,Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects

●       Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.

●       Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.

●       Creating compelling headlines and body of the matter that will capture the attention of the target audience.
