We are seeking a skilled and experienced South Indian Cook to join our team at deva ji enterprises . The ideal candidate will be passionate about authentic South Indian food, have expertise in preparing traditional dishes, and maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen operations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes including dosa, idle, Vada, sambar, chutneys, upma, Pongal, and more.
• Ensure timely and consistent food preparation and presentation.
• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff for smooth service.
• Innovate and suggest new dishes or improvements to the existing menu.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a South Indian cook in a café, restaurant, or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian ingredients and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene protocols.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or flexible hours as needed.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Culinary certification or diploma (optional but preferred).
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment like dosa tawa, steamers, etc.
• Knowledge of other regional cuisines is a plus.
