Job Role & Responsibilities: 1. Managing the field force and getting timely updates from them 2. Plan, conceptualize, strategize and execute high impact end-to-end on- ground campaigns 3. Draft detailed work plans to handhold implementation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders 4. Provide support to and execute central campaigns. Develop networks on ground 5. Co-ordinate with various internal teams of Strelema including digital media, data analytics, strategic research and operations to achieve campaign aims 6. Timely planning, execution and monitoring of assigned projects for defined regions 7. Travelling to the ground and executing the fieldwork 8. People, Assets and Collateral management for assigned projects for defined regions 9. Publishing Reports, Alerts, Dashboard as per project 10. Meeting the Cost and Timeliness in the assigned projects 11. Provide regular feedback to the Field Force and encourage them to take corrective measures on the identified gaps 12. Knowledge management and forming corrective action plan 13. Coordination with Field Force through State Heads, Regional Coordinators etc Skills & Qualification 1. MBA Marketing / Political Science or BBA 2. Willingness to Travel 3. Excellent Communication Skills 4. MS Word & Excel Proficiency 5. Ability to handle and lead a Team
