Job Description

Required Skills : Microsoft Office , Good Communication , Input/output voltage ranges, UPS & other electrical spare parts, Control cards, Fans, Transformers, SMPS boards, Connectors & Terminals, Cables & Wires, different types of batteries, Indicators & display panels, Contactors, Switches and sockets, · MCB / MCCB, Fuses (DC/AC)

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and follow-up with suppliers/customers to ensure on-time and accurate shipping document submission
  • Liaise and coordinate with overseas vendors/customers, freight forwarders, carriers on delivery date and pick-ups
  • Planning, organizing, and directing; managing and evaluation of the supply chain/logistics operations in an organization.
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for new and existing products.
  • Co-ordinates with other functions.
  • Takes Monthly, Half yearly and annual inventory and make reports.
  • Ensure safe handling of materials
