Key Responsibilites  To ensure that decision with regard to repairs or maintenance is taken wisely  To ensure assembly and production line of vehicle on time  To track usage of spares and parts which arrive in Warehouse and ensure the parts meets the required quality  Flexible to work on different timings based on production requirement and assembly  To report daily to Operations executive details of work undertaken during the day  Assembly, Diagnosis and Quality Assurance of electric bicycles.  Perform assembly of bikes in a timely manner, with impeccable quality and a keen eye for detail.  Be on the ready to troubleshoot and handle assembly line needs  Assist in the management of spare parts inventory and shop;s demo bike.  Maintain workshop organization and cleanliness  Common sense & a good attitude.  Learn the industry and understand the products we offer on a technical level  Constantly strive to acquire greater skill levels & overall knowledge in this exciting and ever-evolving industry  Ability to follow established procedures, workflow and practices and read instruction, blueprints,etc.  Keep logs of work and report on issues  Diagnosis of electrical components and parts  PCB board diagnosis and preparation
