Job Description: 1. Monitoring The Robotic Machines. 2. Assisting Robot Fleet Managers. 3. Maintaining The Daily Robot Data, Logs, reports Etc. 4. Providing Calling Support to Service Engineers Skills Required: MS-Word, Google sheets, MS Paint, MS Powerpoint Other Requirements: 1. Should Have Basic Computer Skills (Typing, Excel, Microsoft Word) 2. Should Have Good Communication And Verbal Skills (English, Hindi) 3. Should Have A Typing Speed Of 30 Words Per Minute 4. Should Take End-To-End Ownership And Accountability Of Customer Issues For Resolution 5. Should Not Hesitate In Seeking Help, Probing, And Going The Extra Mile To Solve Customer Issues 6. Should Have The Ability To Make Informed Decisions (Beyond Structured Setup) In A Timely Manner With An Understanding Of The Decision Outcome 7. Should Be Willing To Work The Night Shift.
