Job Description
• Graduate in Engineering / Computer science / Information systems Location: Pune Work Experience: 4-6 years relevant experience Joining Date: ASAP Summary: we are looking for an expert candidate with experience in Solution Manager. The position needs person with strong technical knowledge & problem identification & resolution skills to support business operation. Role Requirement: • Strong experience in Solman 7.2 • Strong experience in SAP Solution Manager, and specialization in Application Life Cycle • Has worked on Focused Insight – Tactical and OCC Dashboards • Configuration of SAP Solution Manager o Incident Management (ITSM) o Change Request Management (CHARM) o Business Process Monitoring/ Business Process Analytics o CCLM (Custom Code Management) o System Monitoring, ICMON and PI Monitoring o Solution Documentation with standard blueprint Import Best Practice. o Project Roadmap Creation o MOPZ and EWA configuration of managed system o E2E, RCA • Production Support and resolution of Solution Manager issues on daily basis. • Should have worked in Event Management process Set up and maintenance • Have knowledge of integration with Service Management tools like Service Now • Customization for Charm and ITSM as per Client Requirement. • Solution Document Process Mapping and creating Blueprint hierarchy as per client requirement. • Experience for troubleshooting in Root Cause Analysis. • Experience on SLD Configuration, CCMS, SMD Agent and Wily • Experience of System Preparation, Basic Configuration & Managed system configuration • Should have end to end implementation experience with SAP Solution Manager. • Has worked on Focused Build and Insights • Experience in FRUN, Cloud ALM is an added advantage • Provides ideas for Automation and Innovation in areas of Solution Manager • Support IT audit activities, analyze results and provide remediation which results in improved compliance to standards and controls for all internal and external regulatory requirements. Desired Skills and Experience • 4 or more years of experience managing SAP technologies as SolMan Consultant and basis administrator in a medium or large size firm. • Acts as a mentor for the team members in the team in area of expertise • Must be capable of working flexible hours sometimes under pressure of aggressive deadlines. • Must have strong technical foundation and strong problem-solving skills. • Proficient understanding of SAP technologies and applications. Personal Skills: • Self-starter with ability to acquire new skills autonomously. • Strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. • Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. • Flexibility to travel to customer sites is must (both in India and other countries) Education: • Graduate in Engineering / Computer science / Inform
