Job Summary:We are looking for confident and fluent Telecalling Executives to handle outbound and inbound customer calls, generate leads, and support sales or service activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries.
• Provide information about products/services.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain customer records and update databases.
• Achieve daily / weekly calling targets.
• Coordinate with the sales or support team.
• Handle feedback and complaints professionally.
