Telecalling Executive ( Real Estate )

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive for our Real Estate team who can handle inbound and outbound calls, understand customer requirements, and schedule site visits.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from lead sources (Magicbricks, 99acres, Housing, etc.)
• Explain project details clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable property options.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead updates, and follow-up reports.
• Build and maintain positive customer relations.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and site visit targets given by the company.
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
• Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
• Basic knowledge of real estate will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Good at follow-up and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM).
• Qualification:Minimum Graduate preferred.
• Fresher or 6 months+ experience in telecalling / customer service.
