Team Leader – Business Loan Process • Recruitment and development of a vibrant Tele Marketing Team. • Generate leads for BL and LAP through calling by the team. • To achieve the Disbursement target of Business loans. • Cross-sell Speed Finance products like Telemedicine and Insurance. • Training new staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff and monitoring the team's sales performance. • Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills. • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. • Solving customer complaints and answering customers' questions and writing reports for senior managers. • Assisting with the selling of our products and services and assisting to maximize sales. • Work with other teams to develop long-term strategic initiatives. • Maintaining positive customer relations and motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff. • Ideal Profile: • Graduate and above with 3+ Years of Business Loan sales and training experience. • Should be currently working in a similar profile with a DSA or NBFC. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent knowledge of Business Loan credit policies in Indian market. • Excellent knowledge of excel, word and power point. • Go-getter with a never-say-no attitude.
