Drive user and revenue growth for the stores and respective territory. · Understand the store, territory catchment by doing recce, competition benchmarking, etc · Visual Merchandising of new and old stores (Branding and rebranding) · Write creative briefs and coordinate with design team · Prepare and execute the marketing plan store and territory wise basis Month, occasion and market dynamics · Online and offline research for new ideas of activations and drive pull for the brand · Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, agencies, NGO, Influencers, RWAs, Corporates to drive growth. · Derive on business decisions basis data after understanding and analyzing the same. · Coordination with the central marketing team to replicate the campaigns on a regional level. · Share regular market insights with the broader team to act upon.
